Global ceo & Co-Founder
Ryan Roseveare is our Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder. He has been involved in information technology and business development for more than 25 years, and specializes in IT services management, cloud strategy, and enterprise architecture solutions. Ryan combines his passion for people with strong technical expertise to lead our teams, support our partners, and drive digital transformation for our customers. He’s a dedicated husband and father with a keen interest in technology, electric cars, and community outreach.
Willem Malan
Willem Malan
CTO & Co-Founder
Willem Malan is our Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder. A seasoned strategist and leader, he is responsible for the development of our technology policies, procedures, and programs, as well as the delivery of innovative IT solutions for our customers around the world. Willem has significant experience in operations, planning, project management, and business development, and takes a proactive role in mentoring our people. He is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and likes to travel, read and discover interesting food experiences in his spare time.
Gayle Roseveare

COO
Gayle Roseveare is our Chief Operating Officer. She has been with BUI since it was founded in 2000, and leverages her background in business administration and financial management to supervise the company’s day-to-day operations and oversee the finance department. Gayle is an influential force in the workplace, and she’s known for her positive mindset and boundless energy. When she’s not spending time with her husband and their three children, Gayle can be found quilting, crocheting, or working on her latest stained-glass project.

Hasmukh Chudasama
General Manager
Hasmukh Chudasama is our General Manager. He holds a MBA and has extensive expertise in business development and management in African markets. Hasmukh brings years of knowledge and experience in the technology sector to his role as general manager of BUI Kenya, where he is known for his vigour and dedication. Hasmukh enjoys riding his motorbike and hiking across East Africa.

Lizette van Wyk
Vice President
Lizette van Wyk is our Vice President. She holds an honors degree in Computer Science and has extensive expertise in business development, business management, product management, program management, project management, and sales management. Lizette brings two decades of experience in the technology sector to her role as general manager of BUI North America, where she’s known as a problem-solver with a can-do attitude. Lizette enjoys discovering the history of Southern California with her husband and two daughters, exploring Catalina Island, and hiking in Irvine with her rescue puppy, Shaggy.

Thys Janse van Rensburg
General Manager
Although still very young, Thys is a living dinosaur in IT. With over 28-year experience ranging from mainframe support, mounting 20mb Micropolos  drives, swapping backup tapes to migrating and modernising international enterprises to securely adopt cloud. Although from a technical background, serving as cloud architect and a passion for monitoring and operations, he has focused recent years in building industry leading solutions, with great teams at BUI. Currently, he is leading BUI expansion into the United Kingdom and Ireland, where he focuses on partnerships and delivering our unique Cybersecurity and Cloud solutions to customers. Thys is deeply passionate about creating great partnerships and longstanding trusted relationships as a conduit to mutual success with our customers.
